We offer a qualified Physiotherapy intervention across the spectrum of wellness and function from preventative screenings to injury rehabilitation, to peak sports performance and will create an individualized physiotherapy plan to help you reach your goals.    

At Compass Physio & Pilates our registered physiotherapists’ focus on a detailed assessment of each patient and then utilize a variety of techniques to treat and restore various injuries and illness. The goal is to help patients connect with their bodies and educate them on more efficient ways to move; allowing them to return to the activities they love. Compass Physio & Pilates is passionate about supporting each patient and helping them get back on track or providing them with a plan to point them in the right direction.

During an Initial Physiotherapy visit an individual will undergo a one-on-one assessment - a period during which the therapist gets to know the patient, and they can ask questions about the problems that have brought them to seek assistance with their injury or mobility - whether it was a car accident, a fall, a sports injury, a gradual deterioration or the onset of pain during everyday activity. A thorough Physical assessment looking at range of motion, strength and motor control will be performed with the therapist and a treatment plan will be discussed to address how you will proceed. The therapist may use various techniques from hands on manual therapy, joint mobilization, soft tissue release, acupuncture/ dry needling and/or active rehabilitation to improve range of motion, strength or activation of the various areas currently affected. 
Compass Physio offers one on one 60 minute initial assessments and One-on One Subsequent visits of 45 or 60 minutes depending on your need.
